Tel Aviv based startup Niio, led by seasoned and experienced professionals, is developing a robust and innovative ecosystem, which aims to revolutionise and underpin a fast growing sector, within the $60bn Global Art Market.

Responsibilities:

We are now looking for a senior team leader / senior architect, with exceptional design and development skills.

  • This position includes the overseeing of design, architecture and development of our core suite of server and client products, with a robust cloud backend, web applications and native mobile application.

  • Help make strategic product and business decisions

  • Be prepared to attend board and investor meetings, as part of the core leadership team, in order to present technical vision

  • Job includes both managing small teams and hands on development.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of development experience

  • At least 2 years experience in leading developers

  • BSC in computer science

  • Diverse development skills, with an ability and a desire to be Hands-on

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery

  • Have a startup mentality and experience with scaling a company throughout all phases of product life cycle

  • Have strong technical skills in mobile, web and cloud technologies, including but not limited to:

    • Cloud platforms, Content encryption, Streaming

    • Develop for mobile iOS, Android, and HTML5 hybrid apps

    • Hands-on experience with AngularJs, PHP, MySQL, Ionic / React, C++, AWS Dev Ops, Android

 

Advantages:

  • Experience with system architecture
  • Experience with databases - NoSQLs, SQLs, Caching layers, etc.
  • Designing APIs and SDK. Hands on experience with REST APIs, Web development or Facebook applications development
  • Bonus - Blockchain & cryptocurrency, encryption, Big Data / MongoDB
